It’s fun when we get a chance to do something new. A giant tree had fallen over on this 1950’s throwback house. Our client bought it so we took off the second floor and completely redesigned it to add useable square footage. SO much better.

After 8 years in the business this is officially the worst foundation we’ve saved. Our engineer and foundation company were great on fixing this basement with one wall that bowed in 12” and 10” on the other which caused this home to be put on the city’s dangerous building list. City has inspected and approved. Now time to finish the rest of the home.

Before and afters of a full gut remodel. Great thing with full remodels is you can completely change the floorplan. Made this weird layout home into a functional 3 bed, 2 bath.

Another remodel in the books. Previous owner had flooding and mold damage and was ready for someone else to take over. We rearranged the first floor to make a larger open concept kitchen, updated all mechanicals, electrical, plumbing, and cosmetic redo throughout.
