And this one deserves a little extra celebrating!

Multiple offers. Highest & best. Extended deadlines. Negotiations. Changes. Late nights and early mornings. There were plenty of moving pieces, and this one definitely kept us on our toes! 😅

But my buyers were FABULOUS through every bit of it. They stuck to what mattered most to them. They didn’t back down. They didn’t give up. They kept the hope, stayed strong, and were willing to regroup — even when, for a moment, we thought we had lost it all. ❤️
