JUST SOLD ✨

It’s been a trifecta week. This one is a big milestone for me — the largest sale of my career so far 2.65 million🎉

And the best part? They are repeat clients. Two years ago, I helped them purchase a home for his mom and that home was under 350k. Fast forward two years, and we just closed on a whole different level of real estate.

I love getting to see what happens after that first transaction — new goals, new opportunities, and sometimes a much bigger move than anyone could have imagined two years ago.

One thing that will never change, no matter the price point, is the level of service my clients receive. Every client, every home, every transaction gets the same attention to detail and commitment from me.

My client had a very specific timeline. She needed to get this home sold so she could move forward with purchasing her dream home, and that meant we needed to execute fast and efficiently.

I always say that real estate should work around my clients' timelines, not the other way around. Whether that means moving quickly, taking a little more time, or strategically timing the next move, the plan should fit you.

JUST SOLD! ✨
They found “THE” home. A brand new build in the town they wanted. The only problem? To get it, they needed to sell their current home—and we had a very specific deadline to make it happen.

So we got to work. We strategized, got their home on the market, got it UNDER CONTRACT within the timeline they needed, and ultimately made the move happen. 🙌🏼

Now they get to start their next chapter of marriage, settle into their new home, and get ready for a very exciting addition to the family. 🏡👶🏼

Sometimes the perfect home takes a solid strategy, careful timing, and a plan that delivers. And I’m so happy we made this one happen!
