A huge congratulations to Jayden & Natalia on purchasing their very first home today! 🤍

This one was especially meaningful. I received a call from Sade, their lender, on March 17th letting me know they were already pre-approved and ready to begin their home search. I gladly took them on as clients and we hit the ground running from day one!

Now, just days away from welcoming their baby, they officially have a beautiful place to call home. A home with so much space, 1.15 acres, and room to grow their family for years to come.

On April 21st, I received a call from Tina, a fellow Realtor in Florida who had been referred to me by another agent. Her clients were selling their home in Florida and hoping to make the move back to Illinois or Wisconsin to be closer to family again.
That same day, I connected with Ryan and Randi, learned more about their goals, and got them connected with lenders. By the very next day, they were pre-approved and we had multiple tours scheduled!
Just a few days later, on April 26th, we secured an Accepted Offer for them! 🎉
This transaction was such an exciting and seamless experience from start to finish, and I couldn’t be happier for Ryan and Randi as they begin this next chapter in such a beautiful home, now surrounded by family again.

Congratulations to my buyer client Kevin on officially becoming a homeowner today! 🏡

I first connected with Kevin on April 2nd after my teammate Christine mentioned her client, who had originally been searching in Wisconsin, also had interest in Illinois and asked if I’d help him with the process. Of course I said yes!

Kevin came ready to go.. already pre-approved and with a property in mind. We toured the home on April 3rd, submitted an offer while competing against multiple offers, and secured the Accepted Offer!

Now, this transaction definitely had a few bumps along the way. Between negotiations and even a closing date pushback, it wasn’t the easiest deal but Kevin stayed patient, determined, and trusted the process every step of the way.

Today, Kevin officially closed on a beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath home featuring 1,905 square feet, sitting on 0.77 acres, complete with solar panels and a 3 car garage! One of the garage spaces sits underneath the home with vaulted ceilings - perfect for working on cars and creating the ultimate workshop space.

So happy we made it to the closing table today. Congratulations again on purchasing your new home and starting this exciting next chapter!!

Huge congratulations to my seller client, Herasmo!

Back in September, Herasmo reached out about a property he was remodeling and asked me to help once he was ready to sell. Fast forward six months, after completing all the upgrades, we hit the ground running. We got everything signed, brought in our photographer, and launched the listing on the market.

After strong activity and multiple showings, we secured an accepted offer in just one week, with a first-time homebuyer. From there, we had minimal negotiations, and the buyer’s agent was great to work with, making for a smooth and seamless transaction from start to finish. 🎉🏡
