Deal #20 in the books so far this year 🫶🏼

My team lead, Steve, connected me with Bill and his property manager when Bill, an out-of-state investor, decided it was time to sell his Kenosha investment property.

We listed the property at $179,000, and after only two days, many showings, and multiple offers, we accepted an offer for $195,000! 🎉

Today, Bill says goodbye to his Kenosha investment property, while the new homeowner says hello to an exciting new season. Congratulations to everyone involved!

From Zillow connection to homeowner in just over a month!

I connected with Imari and his family on June 22nd, and we toured their first home that same day. After getting pre-approved for a VA loan and touring nine homes throughout Illinois and Wisconsin, we found the perfect one. A beautiful new-construction home in Racine!

We submitted an offer, negotiated for the sellers to cover the majority of his closing costs, and were officially under contract by June 30th. Today, Imari received the keys to a home that is perfect for him and his family!

SOLD!

On July 16th, I helped Greg purchased his new home in Mount Pleasant, WI, and today he officially closed on the sale of his home in Morton Grove, IL. Closing one chapter and beginning an exciting new one.

A huge thank you to my team lead, Steve Robe, for connecting me with Greg as he made the move from Illinois to Wisconsin. We listed his home on May 29th, received multiple offers within the first week and a half, and successfully made it to the closing table today.
