Hi neighbors! I'm so excited to finally be showing up in your feed — officially reintroducing myself here on Facebook.
My name is Erin Kahn, and I've been a Libertyville resident my entire life. This town raised me, and I've spent 21 years helping families buy and sell homes right here in the community I love.
What draws me to this work — and keeps me here — is something I believe Libertyville does better than almost anywhere: the way our neighborhoods actually connect. Whether it's running into familiar faces at the Farmers Market, cheering at a school event, or finding out your new neighbor grew up two streets over, there's a warmth here that's genuinely rare.
When I'm not helping clients find their next chapter, you'll find me decorating or renovating (homes are my happy place), walking our impressive trails or planning my next trip somewhere with a great story to tell.
