We are beyond grateful and thrilled to accept Baird & Warner - Libertyville's generous donation raised from their March 1st Improv-a-thon Live Performance at the Improv Playhouse in Libertyville.

B & W Special Agents for Charity certainly brought the house down with another stellar night of laughter and entertainment benefiting PADS. Doing a cameo role was our very own Eric Foote, who added to the hilarious and super fun moments all for the love of and service to our unhoused neighbors.

We are very proud of our long-term partnership with B&W, and thankful to Laurie Caputo, Steve Lawrence, Mary Onstad and Eric Hallberg who were present during the check presentation. What an amazing group of humans!

Thank you to all of you who donated and volunteered in the production of the Improv show to support PADS of Lake County in there efforts to assist in helping those that are in the unfortunate situation of homelessness.

The Libertyville office of Baird & Warner real estate raised $8,100 for PADS Lake County hosting a virtual "Improv-A-Thon" fundraiser on Facebook Live.

My family and I had just sold our home and we needed to find a rental place immediately, we had to be out in 3 weeks. A friend of mine called Baird & Warner for me and was referred to Eric Hallberg. I called him and he couldn't have been more helpful. He showed us several places in the area we were interested in and we found something right away. Eric was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He was always available when I called him or had any questions.
