retrofitting an older house for interconnected smoke and carbon monoxide detectors can be prohibitively expensive. These are Bluetooth connected and take about 10 seconds to set up. In areas with occupancy inspection at ttransfer, you're going to need them (and of the Round Lakes for example needs one in each bedroom and one within 5 feet outside of each bedrobed. yep.)
