New luxury apartments downtown Libertyville!

We are making good progress at the lofts. Drywall is going up, arched windows are going in (pictures soon), exterior work is beginning and first floor is 100% leased. Check out our website for general information about the project and some neat historical photos of the building. If you have any interest in leasing, please fill out the application and get it back to us. We will start taking deposits over the next month.

La Villa Lofts was built with the mindset of Urban Living in the Suburbs. We took a building that was built in 1913 and did a complete renovation to bring it to today'.....
