I want to speak out about what is happening in real estate now. There are several large firms at war with Zillow and Realtor.com. Lawsuits have been filed and listings withheld from the 2 platforms in order to prove their point and gain leverage. As justified as these lawsuits are, the ones hurt the most by this are sellers and buyers. If you are selling, you want the most exposure for your home. If you are a buyer, you want to know EVERY option there is for you to buy. That is not happening right now. I urge you not to give in to the idea that a "private netwok" is in your best interest. This is actually setting real estate back decades when "pocket listings" were part of everyday life and not beneficial to anyone but the realtor. I do not engage in anything that is not first and foremost in my clients best interest. My brokerage firm is not engaging in any of this and will give your listing the full exposure it needs to procure the best results.
