Closed and another happy client in the books! Congratulations to everyone involved.

This one was especially meaningful. The property had been in the same family for more than 70 years, and bringing together a transaction between two relatives wasn’t always easy. There was a lot of history, emotion, and important conversations along the way, but we stayed focused on finding a solution that worked for everyone.
