Sadly, a very common refrain in today’s market. What we hope will be a fun and exciting process can turn into (honestly) childish bad behavior and an emotional battle. I read this in a Facebook group and it hit me because buying a new home can be such a blessing and can feel tainted when it’s so hard won. Having a skilled advocate on your side does wonders, and we try to insulate our clients from drama. If some of it seeps in, remember that we can never fully understand the seller’s situation and life stressors. Pray for them and over your new home, open the windows, sweep out the dust, and know that your home is ready to bless you. This is a new chapter. 🙏🏻❤️🥰
