Change is in the air! In an effort of transparency, two things will now be different in our real estate industry:
1. All buyers will need to sign a written Buyer's Agreement: good news, I have always used a Buyer's Agreement and it is part of my buyer consultation meeting to go over that document.
2. Our local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) will no longer have any fields or mentions of buyer's agent compensation: this means that buyer's agent compensation will discussed and negotiated just like other items in our real estate contract.

This change has been coming for a while and I am more than trained and prepared to navigate my clients through it! Have more questions? I'm here to help!
