Licking Valley a Buyer’s Market? I created this chart to show the various school districts and if it’s a buyer’s or seller’s market by price point. I used the total number of active properties ytd over the sold properties ytd to determine the status. As you can see, there are few areas that are buyer markets. Sellers are still firmly in control of most of the area. Generally, this is because of a lack of inventory. If buyer demand sustains, inventory is flat or declines, and if rates stay elevated, the situation may not improve for buyers. Data sourced from Columbus board of realtors.
