A Georgia man has been arrested for allegedly posing as his missing brother to sell the brother's home. Kenneth Lee Harris, 62, is accused of impersonating his older brother Ted to close a $185,000 sale of Ted's Powder Springs ranch house on April 7, even presenting Ted's driver's license as proof of identity. Family members became concerned when they learned the home had been sold, as they hadn't heard from Ted in more than two months.
