I have been a Lighthouse point resident for many years and consider it one of south floridas affordable yet elete gem. The home price ranges are from a low of 200 to 7.5 million. With some condos and co-ops selling below 100k. This allows for a wide diversity of residents making it very nice. People are friendly and town is very well managed. It has beautiful parks and beaches and very close. The

weather sees about 300 days of sunshine a year with 200 being beautiful 100 being hot and maybe 65 or clouds and rain. Tese are my estimates based on living here. The best part about this for my northeast family and friends is the commute. Boston is only 1210 notical miles from this fort lauderdale area. Flight comming down is 3 hours and return flight is 2.5 hours. You can fly out of 3 diffferent airports from here so always travel deals.
