We recently closed on an investment property using a DSCR loan, but there was one major problem…

The appraisal came in at a value that put the entire deal at risk.

Instead of accepting it, I reviewed the report, gathered supporting market data, and challenged the appraisal. The revised value helped make the numbers work and got us to the closing table.

Every deal is different, but this is why strategy matters. Sometimes the difference between a deal falling apart and getting to the closing table is knowing what options are available.
