Here are the Kaua'i Market Stats for the month of January 2022!

Between December 2021 and January 2022, Kauai County, HI real estate market has seen increase in the number of listings by 3.6%. In January 2022 median list price was $869,168 and the average listing age was 372 days. Between December 2021 and January 2022, listing prices of homes in this real estate market have seen the following changes: 1 bedroom properties prices increased by 5.4%, 2 bedrooms properties became 4.9% more expensive, 3 bedrooms properties prices increased by 6.9%, the cost of 4 bedrooms properties have not changed, 5 bedrooms properties prices increased by 18%. The following changes in the number of homes for sale were observed in this housing market: number of 1 bedroom homes increased by 4.2%, number of 2 bedrooms homes increased by 4.6%, the quantity of 3 bedrooms homes went up by 2.9%, volume of 4 bedrooms homes went up by 3.3%, number of 5 bedrooms homes increased by 3.1%.
