Lane Garrett Custom Homes is solely owned and operated by Jeff McCarver. Jeff has been in the building industry for more than 30 years, working along side his builder/developer father on weekends and during the summer months. He learned every aspect of the trade and prides himself in building high quality homes. Jeff began building custom homes in 1993 and most recently developed Legacy Estates, a

highly-restricted gated community in Johnson County. He enjoys being very involved in every project and has a hands-on approach with each job. Jeff makes several site visits per day to ensure his quality expectations are being met. Along with the subcontractors that Jeff has worked with for many years, doing it right the first time is all that is accepted.
