I wanted to share a quick update—I’ve recently had surgery and am currently in the recovery process (I am okay, just going through it) While I’m still staying on top of things, I may be responding a bit slower than usual over the next few days.

It’s been a longggg road, but we made it! 🥳

Three months ago, we reached the closing table—but there were still too many discrepancies with the home, and the project manager’s attitude made things difficult. And if there’s one thing you should know about me as an agent, it’s this: I don’t back down. I will never let my clients close on a home unless they’re completely comfortable and 1000% satisfied.

My girl wasn’t happy, so neither was I.

We kept searching until we found THE ONE! 🏡 Since she’s an out-of-state buyer, I met with her daughter almost every week to track the progress and make sure everything was just right. Today was the first time she’s seen her home fully finished—and let me tell you, the way her face lit up said it all. And yes… I cried!!! 😭
