Okay, let's live in the real world. As a Realtor I hear everyday, "Oh, the interest rates are so high". Let's look over the last 20 years . There were times when interest rates were as high as 18%. What everyone doesn't consider is the fact that in 2025 there will be a new administration in which interest rates will be at another all time low.
You want to put off purchasing a home? Consider this. Next year at this time home prices will increase another 5-15% percent. Why not buy now at a reasonable price? Home prices are sure to increase based on the current data. Realtors have no control over this! Interest rates at a lower home price are a positive. Next year you can refinance at an interest rate that will lower your monthly payment by 100's if not thousands per month based on the current predictions.. Let's not be so short sighted. Let's look at the big picture! Let's use some common sense. Fear is the common mistake of most people.
