I can share this with you. I've never been a sheep that believes everything the government crams down my throat but I can tell you this from personal experience.
I woke up this past Sunday morning aching from head to toe, chills, fever, body aches, headache, sore throat, coughing like never before, either stopped up or pouring nose, earache, and as disgusting as it is diarrhea. Because I have awesome insurance I had some Covid test on hand. Out of curiosity, I took one and I tested positive. Now keep in mind that I work every Saturday and Sunday selling a new home subdivision that I'm very proud to represent because of the superior build that supersedes all of these production builders. To make a very long story a little shorter, I have never been sicker, weaker, or felt worse in my life. Believe me, when I can't show up for a simple 29 hours of work in a week for a product that I love and believe in, something is very wrong! Call it what you will! All I know is there is something going around out there again that has made me and a lot of other people very sick!

At the end of the day while I'm trying to find the peace to sleep my mind always goes to trying to find words of God's Wisdom. Tonight I would like to share, always Love your neighbor as yourself as Jesus did. Despite their standing in the community, the color of their skin, and how much they have in their bank account.
Also, and maybe even more importantly, love and pray for your enemies. I can say that I have forgiveness in my heart for the person who attacked me and beat me almost to death on March 29th. His actions have caused me to lose my home, every worldly belonging that I had worked so hard for over the last 61 years and, my dogs who were my family that I had to re-home to a stranger.
Through all of this God has given me the favor of forgiveness for this man who obviously has a lot of hatred for African Americans and females and uses his little bit of power to try to harm them as much as possible physically, and steal any joy and peace that they may have in their lives.
The more I research the more I learn about how many lives he has affected with his hatred and violence. I know that he and the Misogynistic and Racist Media and Superiors, including the Mayor of that small town, who has no problem spreading vicious rumors about me, (without having ever met me) watch my social media post closely and I'm confident that my attorney would love for me to remain silent but I can no longer.
I will never forget what you did to me and what you have taken from me out of your hatred but I forgive you Michael and I pray for your soul and redemption every day.
May God someday give you the heart and wisdom to love everyone and I pray that God forgives you and heals you from your hatred and insecurities and I pray that you can somehow find a way to live eternity in Heaven because this life is but a moment compared to eternity.

Okay, let's live in the real world. As a Realtor I hear everyday, "Oh, the interest rates are so high". Let's look over the last 20 years . There were times when interest rates were as high as 18%. What everyone doesn't consider is the fact that in 2025 there will be a new administration in which interest rates will be at another all time low.
You want to put off purchasing a home? Consider this. Next year at this time home prices will increase another 5-15% percent. Why not buy now at a reasonable price? Home prices are sure to increase based on the current data. Realtors have no control over this! Interest rates at a lower home price are a positive.
