I bought this RV a year and a half ago, bc I wanted a new challenge. I refurbished the interior and am happy to report, it FINALLY sold! It was a labor of love, so many tight spaces and so much time invested. Its going to a great couple who plan many adventures with it.

I knew virtually nothing about RV's going into this, but its safe to say that I am not going to start up a business sprucing up RV's 😝

I think it turned out pretty great, it's so nice to find people who appreciate your work and the updates! Hope they enjoy it for many years 🥰

First time we have had a frozen lake and subsequently frozen pipes on Keuka Lake since we have owned the property. This puts the management in property management! Gotta keep those toilets flushed, pardon my Français!

Took the kids to my uncles gorgeous property today in good ole Nunda, NY. He has been battling some health issues over the last several years and his wish is to have someone salvage his beloved 1800’s barn before it falls down from weather/age. The beams, the floors, the original hay pulley system its ALL there, and so, so much history!

I have to say I was so impressed that he is still solely maintaining this 30 acre property. It. Is. Meticulous. 🤩

Here are some pics of the barn as well as the property it sits on today. I see a barndominium project in our future! The size of those hand hewn beams, oh my! I would love to be able to keep this barn in our family for another 100+years and we would be honored to restore it!
