🎉 Please join us in welcoming the newest member of the Ron Spencer Real Estate family, David Cooley!

David's story is one of perseverance, service, and deep roots in our community.

Born and raised in rural Ohio, David overcame a serious childhood illness that doctors believed would prevent him from ever walking again. Through determination and resilience, he not only defied the odds but went on to excel in sports and dedicate his life to serving others.
After graduating from Lima Senior High School and earning degrees in Biochemistry and Medicine from The Ohio State University, Dr. Cooley spent more than 30 years caring for patients throughout the Lima region at both St. Rita's and Lima Memorial hospitals. His career as a physician and surgeon taught him the importance of listening, advocating, and helping people navigate some of life's biggest decisions.
Now, he's bringing those same values to real estate.

David has a special passion for residential and agricultural properties, and fittingly, the farm where he and his family live today was purchased through Ron Spencer Real Estate more than 30 years ago.
