Since the Great Recession, young adults aged 25-34 are 46% more likely to live with their parents since 2007. They are 32% more likely to be residing with partner not married and 19% more likely to live with a roommate.

Its been dicussed about Code of Ethics training being required every 4 years for Realtors. That's the way it started out back in the 90's. In 2014 it was changed to Biennial (every 2 years) training. Regardless of what its called, the current period ends December 31, 2018.

The requirement for REALTORS® to complete Code of Ethics training changed to a biennial requirement (every two years) in November 2014 by action of the National Association’s Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
