Just hung up with a buyer client. And she couldn’t have been nicer. There have been a lot of issues in the process with inspections and repairs etc ( yes we got inspections). She told me today her kids said Mom maybe you need a lawyer. And she said I don’t need a lawyer. I got Mike !!! We got over the last hurdle today and settlement will go on as scheduled in less than 30 days! She put a smile on my face ! 😃😃
