“Buyer representation” aka representing myself! 😂 So excited to close on my first investment property! Jake and I bought raw land in Stow, Maine today. We fell in love with the area after spending a weekend backpack camping in the Wild River Wilderness. We knew it was the perfect spot for what we were looking for, a haven for outdoor adventure. Our plans are to build a cute little Airbnb cabin - stay tuned for that project beginning Spring 2025. It has been an exciting week!

It has been an exciting day! Today marks three years officially as a real estate agent! Time flies. I am very grateful for all of the business I’ve had these past three years and I’m looking forward to many more to come. 🫶🏼

Coincidentally, I also went under contract on a sweet piece of land today in the White Mountains! I’m excited to share more details about it in the future, but for now enjoy this photo of the common area all residents in the neighborhood get to enjoy. Don’t worry, I’m not leaving my A-Frame here in Southern Maine .. this purchase is an investment!
