But this post isn't really about the property, it's about the person behind it.

Congratulations to my guy, Santuan "Mr. JKG" Jones, on the sale of another investment property.

Santuan and I both grew up right here in Talladega.
Beyond all the laughs, we have had some of the best conversations regarding building wealth through real estate and pursuing opportunities that many people never take advantage of.

What I admire most is that his mindset isn't just about his own success.
He's passionate about giving back and helping others learn about real estate investing.

Yesterday was a special closing for me.

I was honored to help my friend, Jalo Alvarado, and his family achieve the dream of homeownership.
