If you don’t like Kombucha, but want all the healthy gut stuff, try Water Kefir. It has a much milder fermentation flavor. I need to assess my water kefir beads, but I know I have enough to share with a few people if you want to try, it’s actually pretty easy. Also if you have slept on the combination of cilantro and pineapple, wake up! It’s soooo good!
