Great Place Properties is a professional property management company committed to providing well-managed homes, clear communication, and a seamless rental experience for both residents and owners. As we have grown, we have learned what our residents want and need from us. We are constantly improving our services to meet those needs and wants. We understand that safety, privacy, and a stress-free e

nvironment are above all else when it comes to finding a place to live. Our friendly and knowledgable office staff will work with you to find a place that's right for you. We love pairing people with a home that they love. Our maintenance staff are respectful of our residents’ privacy and our residents' desire to live as trouble free as possible. We do preventative maintenance on a regular basis. We always post a notice before entering any home and leave a note when we leave. We are clean and neat about our work. On the very rare occasion of an emergency, we provide several ways to contact us. Lynn Fisher is the General Manager. He is a licensed real estate broker and past President of the Real Estate Owners and Managers Association in Lincoln. He is active with several neighborhood improvement groups and neighborhood associations. We are involved in many efforts to make better neighborhoods for all our residents.
