This year has been the year of clients finding their long-term homes. I was lucky enough to help my cousin find her forever home/acreage out in Wilber. One of the coolest properties I've ever seen, and I'm so excited for them to raise their children and chickens out there! 🐓

Signed and sold! Helping first-timers close on their home is as rewarding as it gets in this job. People don't see anything but the finished product, and there is so much that goes into crossing the finish line to homeownership.
