Here's the truth. Not all homes sell in the first weekend. Some properties, for one reason or another sit.

3140 S 27th was put up for sale in the middle of winter. Lots of traction, lots of interest, but no bites. However, we didn't give up and that perseverance paid off.

Half a year later, this beautiful home has sold!!
