🏘 Many prospective home sellers don’t realize that offloading their home may cost money. While that shouldn't deter you and some expenses are negotiable, sellers should expect to foot some of the bill for the various costs to sell a house. If you want a general idea of what you should set aside, plan for 5-7% of the purchase price to cover Realtor fees which are typically paid by the seller. Add to that an extra 2-4% of the price to pay for costs like attorney fees, transfer taxes, & other expenses.

Every agent will offer different services to help with selling your home. So I recommend interviewing 2-3 agents when wanting to sell your home to see who is the best match for you and what each agent offers.

🌱March is here! Spring is right around the corner! 🌷

Some of the maintenace I plan to do this month is definately clean my windows from the outside. It is much needed. You can either hire a window cleaning company or do it yourself. If you need references just let me know 😀

The thing I am most excited about is starting my seedlings indoors 🌱I will have my boys help me during spring break so they can learn as well how to grow and care for seedlings and create our own vegetable garden this year! Excited to have fresh 🍅🌶🥒🌽🥕🫑

🛠🔩🪚I have many resources to help you get your home ready and if I don't know someone, I can find someone. (Or my husband knows someone 😉😂) For example, my husband owns his own drywall company, so he will be able to help you with those small holes on the wall, paint, etc.

🧹🧼FREE CLEANING! When you list with me I will provide you with a deep clean done by only the best team in town who is my mom! Once you are done with repairs we will get your home ready for Open House with a wonderful cleaning!

Had so much fun making these Valentine's Goodie Bags 😁💕 I am trying to make some for each Holiday/Season for friends, family, or for anyone I meet when I am out and about. Easy way to share my business card plus some goodies.

I am sure we all would love more space in many different areas in our home. You can make the best of small areas. There are so many storage/organization tips/ideas on social media that can help you transform a small space into a beautiful area that feels bigger. Becoming a minimalist has always been my goal (one day 😂). I definitely would like more space in my kitchen.
