Sorry I'm running late, but I figured with the new baby, the Arana's wouldn'thave time to mow before closing, so I called and asked, and THEY LET ME MOW THE YARD!!!" 🤣🤣🤣So thankful to the Arana family for allowing us to represent them in the sale of their home and for indulging my husband his love of lawn care. Greg and I are excited to announce the successful sale of our client's family home. We were able to protect our sellers' built equity by saving them quite a bit in listing expenses and were delighted to be able to take the burden of managing showings and paperwork (ugh! paperwork!) off their shoulders. We are so grateful for their trust and cooperation, and we wish them many happy adventures in their new space!
We would also like to extend our gratitude to Buyer's Agent, Andrew McNeely with Bancwise Realty. Andrew was a true professional at every turn. We are thankful for his skill and expertise throughout this transaction and look forward to working with him, again.
