Today, Matt Garner, Broker / Owner of Pinnacle Realty Group, joined me to deliver warm meals, share a few jokes and even switched out a DVD for a gentleman. Realtors® do so much more than the general public often sees. Lara Kibler, with Re/Max Concepts in Lincoln, posted about a client with two dogs that needed to be rehomed ASAP. So many reshares and of course a couple of other REALTORS® sprang into action to help solve this immediate need. One of those REALTORS® happens to be my wife, Pinnacle Realty Group- Katie Furse: Realtor. You probably can already figure out where this is going... We are proud to welcome Obi to our family and I am constantly reminded how great the REALTOR® family in Lincoln truly is! Katie and Lara teamed up to provide care for Beau so that Lara's client could attend her daughter's college graduation!
This is what being great humans is all about and what true collaboration amongst peers and friends can lead to!
Proud to be a REALTOR® and in such great company as these two. Oh, and Obi says... a lot, at 5AM! We are in love with this good boy!

MONEY ON THE TABLE
Had an interesting conversation with an agent about how we help our clients successfully sell their property. This agent said, "Well, you're leaving money on the table!" I responded with, "YES, we are! It's not OUR table and it's not OUR money." We are helping clients keep more of their equity AND getting the results they want and deserve. It's Real Estate, only better.

Last week our clients home was being inspected for the new buyers. The clients both work during the day and needed a place for Sadie to hang out for a few hours until one of them could get off work and pick her up. Well, Sadie is now a master at Real Estate work and helped me with some comps and follow up calls. Thank you Sadie and the data said you were right, that house was NOT over priced!

This was a fun transaction with some really great clients. Pinnacle Realty Group- Katie Furse: Realtor and I were able to help our clients, now friends, get their house under contract with the first week of listing it and closed a few short weeks later! The best part of our careers are meeting great people AND helping them keep more of their equity!

This was fun moment for me. I have had my license since August of 2023, and spent the first year of my new career in Leadership with KW Lincoln. Pinnacle Realty Group- Katie Furse: Realtor and I transferred our licenses to Pinnacle Realty Group this year. Last month (April), I got to use my first sign with our names on them! A few weeks later, we were able to replace the FOR SALE with SOLD!
