I cannot say enough thank you’s to these two for putting their trust in me for not 1 but 4 transactions now. There is no greater honor in this business than repeat clients. Sandra and Greg have become so much more, from late night strategies & dinner meetings to lots of prayers & encouraging words, they’ve become friends.
Not gonna lie… I love strategy & getting creative but these deals had me refocusing to find the target more times than I’d like to admit 🤪 Nonetheless we got it done 🙌🏼 & did I mention this was a two for one. We sold their home to purchase their new one & I could not thank God more for getting us to the closing table. A special thanks to the agents on the other side, the lenders & closing attorneys on both deals, it takes a village and we all made it happen 🫶🏼
