Interested in a career in real estate? We invite you to take your Sales Pre-Licensing course at the GPBOR office in Cranston starting Sept. 16, 2026. The 45-hour, in-person program is offered in cooperation with the RI Association of REALTORS® and is designed to successfully prepare you to take the RI Real Estate Salesperson’s examination. ⠀

On May 27th Principal Broker members of the GPBOR & NRIBR met at the board offices for the Broker Power Hour luncheon and AI discussion. Featured speakers included Principal Brokers and GPBOR/NRIBR members Justin Mandese of Real and Kamil Sarji of Gold Door Realty. Justin and Kamil discussed how their brokerages are utilizing AI, including how they are encouraging and training agents to incorporate AI into their business practices.

The local program was followed by the National Association of REALTORS® Broker Power Hour Watch Party, featuring NAR Chief Marketing and Communications Officer Bennett Richardson. You can watch the NAR May Power Hour here: www.nar.realtor/brokers
