NEWS ALERT: Recent statistics prove that more people pass the state licensing exam after attending an in-person real estate course as compared to attending an online class.

Now is the time to prepare for the Spring 2025 market and, absolutely no one at the Real Estate Nexus Training Academy is going to try to recruit your potential licensee. We are in the education business, not the brokerage business.

Our Fall 2024 RI Real Estate Prelicense classes start on Tuesday, September 10th from 6:00-9:00 PM in Lincoln. Our course instructors use time-tested adult learning aids and real world examples which helps the course attendees gain more knowledge and confidence when sitting for their state exam. Newer Agents Have you thought of in person classes for Continuing Ed? Today we had an amazing dialogue where seasoned agents contributed to class and newer agents learned so much. At the end of class they thanked the agents who had contributed.
