9 years. ❤️ How did that happen so fast?
Today marks 9 years since I jumped into this crazy world of real estate, and somehow it feels like yesterday and a lifetime ago all at once.
There have been a whole lot of houses along the way, but the part I’m most grateful for is the people. Families who trusted me with big decisions, first homes, forever homes, fresh starts, moves across town and moves into brand-new chapters. And somewhere along the way, clients became friends and friends became clients.
I’ve learned a lot in 9 years, laughed a lot, stressed a little 😉, and built relationships I never would have had without this career.
To everyone who has trusted me, referred me, called me with a question, shared one of my posts, or simply cheered me on—thank you. You’re the reason I get to keep doing something I truly love.
I’m just getting started. Bring on year 10!! ❤️

A big thank you to Michael Gleason with U.S. Bank for inviting me to the NeighborWorks Lincoln Opening Doors Banquet last night! ❤️

It was a great evening hearing about what NeighborWorks has accomplished this past year and their goals for the year ahead. I left thinkin I need to do a better job of spreading the word about this program!

NeighborWorks helps make homeownership a possibility for people who may think it’s out of reach. Through education, one-on-one counseling and, for those who qualify, assistance with down payments, closing costs and certain home repairs, they help people understand the steps and work toward becoming homeowners.

If you know someone who would love to own a home but thinks they can’t afford it or simply doesn’t know where to start, send them my way. I’d be happy to talk with them about NeighborWorks and help them figure out what their next step could be.

Sometimes you just need someone to show you what’s possible. 🏡❤️
