The pool is officially OPEN for the season!🏖🌊

⚡️ Power Restored & Storm Update ⛈️

Good news, Ruskin Place residents - power has officially been restored across the community! Thank you all so much for your patience while Lincoln Electric System worked to get us back up and running.

Please be advised that we have some heavy thunderstorms moving through our area right now. Becuase of the active weather, there is a chance we could experience further flickering or another outage later this evening.

If the power does happen to go out again, it will likely be wather-related and handled by LES. Our team will continue to keep a close eye on things, but please stay safe and dry tonight!

⚠️ Power Outage Update ⚠️

Hi Ruskin Residents,

We are currently experienceing an unexpected power outage across the community. Lincoln Electric System (LES) is aware of the issue and is actively working to restore power to our area.

Please note that this outage was not caused by our onsite maintenance team, and there is no active work being done on the property that triggered this. Becuase this is a city utility issue, it is unfortunately out of our hands, and we must wait for LES to complete their repairs and resotre service.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvience and frustration this causes! We will keep a close eye on the situation and post updates here as we get them.
