With more than 15 years of successful experience, EXCEL has developed in excess of 1500 units in four states. The Property Management Project Administrator visits all sites on a quarterly basis. Each applicant must meet selected benchmarks in order to qualify for housing, therefore taking the guesswork out of the manager’s hands.
