Sometimes the first contract isn’t the right one.

This home briefly (less than a day!) went back on the market after a transaction didn’t come together, and while that can be frustrating for everyone involved, my sellers stayed focused on doing the right thing. They have taken incredible pride in their home and worked hard to make it the very best it can be for its next owners.
