Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, Tria Bivins has always had a passion for creativity and creating spaces that feel like home. She earned her degree in Interior and Product Design from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2021 and has spent the past five years growing her career in the design and construction industry.
Tria loves being part of the process of transforming a vision into a finished space. She especially enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding what makes their homes unique, and helping bring their ideas to life from the initial concept through final completion. For her, there is something incredibly rewarding about seeing all the details come together and knowing that she played a part in creating a space that is meaningful to someone.
As a woman in the construction industry, Tria is proud to be part of an all-woman design team and grateful for the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with the talented women around her. She believes there is something special about women bringing their creativity, perspective, and expertise to the industry, and she is excited to continue growing, learning, and helping pave the way for more women to pursue careers in construction and design.
Originally from Hastings, Nebraska, Kayla Kluver graduated from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Design. With nine years of experience in the industry, Kayla has built her career around creating thoughtful, intentional spaces that are tailored to each client’s unique needs, lifestyle, and vision.
Kayla especially enjoys the challenge of reimagining spaces and finding ways to make a home both beautiful and functional. She loves working through layouts, details, and design ideas to create spaces that truly work for the people who live in them, always keeping her clients’ goals at the heart of the process. Her keen eye for detail allows her to thoughtfully consider every element of a project, from the big picture down to the finishing touches.
As a woman in the construction and design industry, Kayla is proud to be part of a team of talented women who bring creativity, knowledge, and a unique perspective to every project.
