Let’s talk about the Lincoln, NE real estate market… it is CRAZY.

Homes are going under contract within hours. It’s giving early COVID market energy all over again. This particular property had 36 showings in less than 48 hours 😳

Listed at $275,000 (aka one of the hottest price points for first-time buyers and move-up homes), it’s no surprise the demand was intense. And honestly? I’m seeing more first-time buyers jump into the market than ever… and I love that for you 👏🏼

But if I’ve learned anything over the last 10 years, and especially through COVID.....it’s this: this is just the beginning of a very competitive market. Waiting it out usually doesn’t make it easier… it just makes it more competitive.
