This is the exciting part—the phase where the vision starts to come to life right in front of you. Every piece of trim, every finished detail, and every room coming together makes the long process feel completely worth it.

But it’s also a lot like the final quarter of a marathon. You’re exhausted, the finish line is in sight, and there’s still plenty left to do. At this point, you have to dig deep, keep pushing, and trust that all the small details will bring everything together.

Trim phase is equal parts beautiful, chaotic, exhausting, and completely worth it. We’re so close!

Last October, my partner James and I took a leap of faith and launched Limestone & Co. Since then, my days have been filled with designing floor plans, selecting every finish, coordinating trades, solving challenges, and watching a vision slowly become reality.

Now we’re entering one of the most exciting stages—sharing it with the world.

Our very first spec home is officially in the drywall stage, and we’re on track to have it completed just in time for the Parade of Homes on October 4th. Every detail has been intentionally selected, and I truly can’t wait for you to see how it all comes together.

The home is already active on the market while we put on the finishing touches over the next few weeks. It’s bittersweet knowing this chapter is almost complete, but I can’t wait to hand the keys to the peeps who gets to call this beautiful home their own.
