We're looking to provide down payment assistance funds for buyers for new construction homes in Lincoln at $15,000 per property. These buyers must be under 120% area median income (see bottom of post) and the home must have a sales price of under $384,000. Mortgage lenders, realtors, and builders: please reach out if interested.

This funding is a $15,000 loan at 0% interest. It is non-amortizing (no monthly payments) and only due on future sale of the home.

We are currently looking to provide 1% interest loans to builders in Lincoln for new construction owner-occupied homes. We typically provide $125,000 per property at a maximum loan of $750,000. These homes must have a cost to construct of $375,000 or less.

We also give these loans for acquisition and rehabilitation properties. These must have an after-construction appraised value of the building alone of at least $125,000 but not more than $300,000. They must also have a rehabilitation cost of at least 25% of the pre-construction assessed value.

Provided funds for a blended rate construction loan to Hartland Homes for funding of three new construction units in Lincoln in collaboration with Cattle Bank (2022 MWHF grant)

Helped 10 buyers in Lincoln close on Hartland Homes new construction homes with down payment assistance 0% interest non-amortizing loans in collaboration with Gershman Mortgage and Licoln Federal Savings Bank (2023 NAHTF grant)

Helped four buyers in Lincoln close on Scheele-Kayton/Hoppe Development new construction homes (Foxtail Meadows) with $30,000 each of down payment assistance 0% interest non-amortizing loans (2022 NAHTF grant).
