These moments are life treasures. Over a decade ago we moved into a new house on Joshua Dr. And we met this young couple next door that were expecting their first baby. We became fast friends….more like family. Each of our families continued to grow and when we all moved away from the neighborhood it was an actual grief to not have them 50 ft away. But our friendship remained and they’ve been a constant for me all those years later. Gracious it’s beautiful to look back. And while I’ll hold all those moments near and dear to my heart…I have loved getting to dream big with you on all that is to come.

This month they closed on their new home. On the same street as THREE families I love. I am so thankful they will have new neighbors to build memories with and create friendships that are inevitable. Can’t wait to come visit and maybe have a race down the stairs in garbage bags - something only you would teach my children how to do.

A late celebration but needed bc this crew has my heart. This family became my family when I came to Lincoln for college. I crashed holiday gatherings, learned to play blackjack (not well!), and washed clothes at their house as I figured out adulthood. Then they had a baby. And it feels like yesterday that this young woman was just a itty bitty toddler dancing at my wedding. Time is a thief. Last month, we closed on an awesome townhouse to get this girl rocking into adulthood! Life is full of beautiful moments. And it goes too fast. Feeling such joy and honor that I got to play a small part in the start of a new adventure. Congratulations, friends! 🏡 💙

I love it when people I adore give my name to people they adore. Because then I get to adore them too! Big life changes happened for this seeet family and I’m so thrilled they came here from out of state and are woven into a community of people I love. We met all those years ago when our girls were in kindergarten together. And it’s been a joy to watch this family squeeze tightly to one another over the past decade. Now we have freshmen in high school and they are becoming these grown young people that will be world changers. When they reached out that it was the time to buy a home it made me jump up and down with excitement. We had such a great time house hunting. And the kids were so excited to skip through their new home and make plans for new paint colors and what would go where. There is so much joy in this process and now these amazing friends have a new home for 2025. What a great way to start the new year. Congratulations, dear friends! 🏡💙

Life is a series of curveballs and new dreams/plans. So when these favorites of mine called me to help them make a change I was thrilled to help. I had the MOST fun with them the first time I helped them buy and sell…so getting to repeat the process with them was so exciting. I love every single second I get to spend with this family. Every phone call leaves me filled with joy, every text me makes me laugh out loud, and when we are together it is just THE BEST. I have countless stories and this chapter closing is bittersweet. But closing on their sale and purchase this month just makes me all the more thankful for the friendships I gain through this job. So glad closing isn’t goodbye. So happy for you, dear friends. You are the reason I continue to love this job! Congratulations!!

Almost 8 years ago, I received a phone call that forever changed my life. On the other end of that phone call was this wonderful human who very quickly became someone I relied heavily on. She helped me breathe. She helped me cling to hope through some of the hardest moments of my life. She fought for me and my family. I cry every time I think of the impact she has had on me.

So to get the opportunity to fight for her family not once but TWICE causes my heart to burst. I helped them find their first home many years ago before they had kids…and all these years later their family has grown and so has my love for them. I love her kids and how they knew I’d have candy in my pocket when we would go look at houses. I love how her husband knows how to perfectly time his jokes. I admire how they care for one another and are so considerate of each other. I love how they dream. And I’m just so honored to have gotten another opportunity to help them get their first home sold and get the keys to their second home. What a whirlwind. What a joy. What a great day. Congratulations, dear friends! Can’t wait to see all your dreams come true! 🏡💙

The really beautiful thing about this job is that I get a front row seat to my client’s lives. It’s so humbling. People make this huge decision to buy and sell…but it’s so much more than that. Job changes, big moves, growing families, celebrations, heart breaks, transitions, feeling uprooted and unsettled to feeling safe and settled. This family and I have tons of connections and yet I only got to meet them for the first time a few short months ago. And when I did…I was IN. And I just have to say…what a ride?! Gracious. Life is absolutely crazy and these two are full of faith and have the biggest hearts. Their story is their own…but it will have a lasting impact on my heart…always. I’m honored to have had a glimpse into this part of their journey and help get the keys to their new home. We cried at the closing table. Tears of hope and excitement and absolute joy. Thanks also to my pal, Keri at Pinnacle Bank, who makes everything so easy and so much more fun. I am so very happy for you, dear friends! Congratulations ! 🏡💙

New kids on the block! This family has my heart. A big move brought them from out of state and I was so honored to be part of their home buying journey. We laughed. We played eye spy. We dreamed. We planned. And then we closed and my heart burst and broke a little. It’s so bittersweet for me knowing we won’t talk as frequently but gracious I’m thankful for these new friends.
