Average price landed at $357K
Homes sold in an average of 29 days
252 homes closed

What this tells us: inventory picked up after the holidays, prices stayed steady, and buyers are still active. This market rewards good pricing, strong presentation, and a solid strategy.

🦃✨ Happy Thanksgiving, friends ✨🦃

Today felt like the perfect day to pause for a breath and really soak in the good stuff. I’m grateful for my family and friends who make life brighter, louder, funnier, and so much sweeter. I’m grateful for the love, the laughter, and all the tiny everyday glimmers that usually fly under the radar but mean everything.

I hope we all got a minute today to appreciate the blessings…. the big obvious ones and the small quiet ones and to share a little extra kindness with the people around us.

Wishing you a Thanksgiving full of warmth, love, belly laughs, and those “I needed this” moments. 🤍✨

Thank you to every single person who took a moment to wish me a happy birthday. Whether it was a text, a call, a post, the snaps, the flowers, & the gifts.. I feel so loved!

This season of my life has been about growing, loving deeper, slowing down, and becoming the most authentic version of myself and feeling so surrounded by love on my birthday reminded me how blessed I truly am. ✨

I’m genuinely humbled by the kindness, the laughter, and the people God continues to place in my path. Thank you for filling my day with joy and for being part of my life in the most beautiful ways.

Octoberrrr!!! 🍂💕

If you know me, you know I love my family, fall, fall sports… and a good fun fact.

Lincoln fun fact: 🚨 On the first Wednesday of every month at 10:15 AM, the city tests its tornado sirens. They’ve been around since the 1950s and are still our loudest reminder that we live right in the heart of tornado country. 🌪️

This morning, I stole a few quiet minutes in the sunshine when the sirens kicked on… and I had to laugh. Am I being summoned, or is someone just announcing my arrival? 😅 [iykyk]

Now here we are in Q4…my favorite season of all. Between birthdays, holidays, and all the fall magic, I’m fired up to finish strong. I’m only three closings away from my 2025 goal, and I would love your support. If you or someone you know is thinking about buying or selling, please keep me in mind. ✨ Honored to attend the Inspire Awards today at Pinnacle Bank Arena today! Such an incredible celebration of women and leadership!

I sat with seven of my amazing office mates, each one inspiring me in different ways…. as a mom, Realtor, and as a friend. 💕 It reminded me that inspiration isn’t just found on the big stage, it’s at our tables, in our offices, and in everyday moments.

It was also such a joy to recognize so many clients and familiar faces being nominated and celebrated, along with other men and women I truly admire and respect. 🙌

Grateful for this community of leaders who continue to raise the bar and lift each other higher. 🌸
