We offer a wide variety of apartment styles and locations to best meet your needs and give you the experience you desire. Our communities are located in Lincoln and Omaha Nebraska; West Des Moines in Iowa; and Bloomington, Woodbury, Eagan, and Minneapolis in Minnesota.

Meet Jesslynn Houtman, Leasing Specialist at The Flats at 84! Since joining CIP in 2023, Jesslynn has valued the positive work atmosphere and the mentors and coworkers who have helped her grow. Her appreciation for teamwork and willingness to learn are just a few of the qualities that make her a great part CIP Communities.

Outside of work, Jesslynn is heading into her senior year at Nebraska Wesleyan University, where she studies Philosophy and Political Science. She also enjoys spending time at the lake with friends and her dog, Mabel, playing sand volleyball, and hand embroidery, a creative hobby she’s enjoyed since middle school.

We’re grateful for the positivity, dedication, and enthusiasm Jesslynn brings to CIP. 💙
