Penny Carolan started her profession in real estate in 1987. Over the years, she has worked for multiple real estate companies including her most recent, Del Webb Sun City Lincoln Hills. When she helped to assist in the closing of Lincoln Hills, she decided to stay because she loved it so much! She received her brokers license and opened Carolan Properties in 2004. She also joined forces with Kell
