Our team members are all trained in house and arrive at your home with a detailed work order regarding your specific needs as well as your pet’s information. Our #1 rule in the company is “Always close gates” For residential clients we don’t do any contracts, we perform our services on a handshake and you are able to cancel at any time for any reason. Our equipment is very well maintained and updated yearly to limit any breakdowns. When your services are booked you are assigned to a crew, that crew will be the same all year and without any weather delays will service your property the same day every week from April 1st to October 31st. We assign a certain crew to you because after time they will learn your property and the special needs to perform a quality job. Furthermore, Residential customers only, we do not use oversized large mowers on your property. We use your standard 21” push mower, a 36” Walk behind mower, and on larger properties a 48” stand on. For your protection we are fully licensed in the State of Nebraska as a Contractor. We also hold a $1M General Liability Policy for any accidents that could happen and also have Workman's Comp Insurance. We employ a Part-Time service technician that comes in 3 days a week to sharpen blades for the best quality cut and keeps the equipment looking new.
