5 offers on this one! I went 3 for 4 in multiple offer situations over the last few weeks. The one we lost, we put our best foot forward knowing what we were going to lose to, and we did. I’m grateful to have gone through the crazy multiple offer times in the late teens and early twenties when people were fighting for sub 3% mortgages. It is valuable experience to have for my clients. (17 is the number for the most offers I’ve been up against and had an offer accepted, and I’ve “lost” too many to count!). Hello, Maxey Community! We're excited to welcome Lindsay Bakewell as our new Kindergarten Teacher! We are thrilled to have her join us at Maxey and can't wait for our students and families to get to know her.

"I am from Lincoln and went through LPS growing up. My husband Saul and I have two daughters, our 6 year old Collins (who is a proud Maxey Mustang!), and our 4 year old Cameron. We also have two chihuahuas named Frank and Olive. I graduated from UNL with a degree in Inclusive Early Childhood Education. This will be my 18th year teaching. In those 18 years I have taught Preschool, Kindergarten, and 1st grade. In my free time I enjoy reading, doing puzzles, and binging a good tv show! I am looking forward to a great year at Maxey getting to know all of the wonderful families and staff!"
