In an area where there are literally hundreds of real estate professionals, distinguishing oneself from the rest is done on a micro-level, one client at a time. My work with clients in a variety of situations is how I advertise: word of mouth, one family, one house, one transaction at a time. The greatest honor I can receive as a professional Realtor is a recommendation or referral from a past cli
ent, and repeat business. Additionally, it is important to me that the other real estate professionals, service providers, inspectors, title and mortgage professionals and others "in the business" consider me ethical and trustworthy. Genuine care and concern for others, the ability to put people at ease, recognition of the need for a steadying and reassuring presence throughout the home buying or selling process: these are traits I brought to this profession. What I've developed with experience are strong negotiation skills, the ability to analyze our changing real estate market, and expertise in handling even the most difficult marketing circumstances.
